4. Fair Use

We provide fair use on all plans. Excessive automated activity or abuse may result in service limitations.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds follow applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform functionality belong to ToolQR. You may not resell, copy, or reverse engineer the platform.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur.

8. Liability Disclaimer

ToolQR is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes.
